Next Week: Buy an Xbox One and Get Any Game for Free
Microsoft will be running a promotion starting next week that will allow anyone purchasing an Xbox One to get a free game of their choice.
According to the Xbox website, the deal runs from September 7th – the 13th and will encompass any disc-based, retail game that has been released for the Xbox One. So that would include next weeks release of Activision’s MMO shooter, Destiny.
Microsoft has also confirmed that the deal will be valid for Xbox One bundles. So a prospective buyer could purchase the Madden NFL 15 bundle or the Forza 5 bundle and still score the additional game.
The free Xbox One game promotion will be at “participating retailers,” September 7th through the 13th.
