What does the future hold for the Xbox? We will find out more in November during the X02018 event

Microsoft will drop the price of its Xbox One S console to $199 starting Sunday, June 11th, the company announced today via Twitter.

The drop comes as the company prepares to lift the curtain at E3 2017, on their highly touted Project Scorpio; a vastly more powerful version of the Xbox One S that Microsoft has repeatedly claimed will be the most powerful console ever developed.

NerdBacon will have full coverage of Microsoft’s E3 2017 press event, and all Project Scorpio and Xbox One S-related news on our Twitch channel starting at 4pm EST.
