Glover – N64
Admit it, you’re more than just a little enticed by this game. Who wouldn’t be? It’s a sorcerer glove atop a magic rubber ball. I’m sure when you first laid eyes upon the compelling box art, your interest was a little more than piqued. Well, if you haven’t played Glover for the Nintendo 64, you ought to swing by the ZB residence and hear him prattle on about this curious title.

Mystic Towers – PC
Mystic Towers is difficult to define genre-wise, because it takes elements from many different genres and transmutes them into a unique and very satisfying game. Baron Baldric must face twelve dungeons full of deadly monsters and conniving puzzles to make the land safe for his loyal subjects. Would he be better off hanging up his magic staff for good, or has he still got it after all these years?

Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis – PC
Archaeology, Nazis, whips, fedoras, adventure. Indiana Jones is well known for all these things and in this LucasArts Point & Click title, we join our favorite college professor/badass on a quest to find a lost city beneath the sea. Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis was the second game of this type made by LucasArts and enjoyed much more success. NerdBacon’s InfiniteKnife is here to tell you all about it and don’t worry, there aren’t any snakes. He and Indy both hate snakes.

Shining Force II – Genesis
Shining Force II may seem very similar to its predecessor, but the more you play, the more you’ll discover how in depth this seemingly simple game is. The plot goes through a number of creative scenarios while delivering a fully involved, addictive battle system. A large, colorful cast of characters keeps you guessing who will join next, but also leaving a lot to be desired as far as their development. Small flaw in an otherwise great game.

Mortal Kombat II – 32X
There weren’t many great reasons to own a 32X back when it was on shelves (or nowadays), but the 32X port of Mortal Kombat II might be at least a good reason to have the add-on around.
