When you see the name “Mario” in any setting, you instantly think of Nintendo’s mascot. He has permanently secured himself a spot at the highest point in video game history, and when you go to purchase a Mario game, you know you’re getting top-shelf quality. So is there any need to gush over a title such a Super Mario Land 2 when you already know it’s going to be good? Well, what if I told you Nerd Bacon’s ZB might have a criticism or two for this portable classic?
