With a dozen Mario Kart games to choose from, the franchise is really feeling long in the tooth. This is not to say any of the games suck, because they are actually quite excellent. But no matter which Mario Kart game you’re playing, Mario Kart always feels like… Mario Kart. And that’s the problem.
