Diablo 3 – PlayStation 4
Diablo 3 is a fun game on its own merits as a hack-and-slash RPG, but playing it solo doesn’t do it justice. I can say that after playing many hours both solo and cooperatively. If you are looking for a good single player game, I’d probably recommend something else, though if cooperative games are on the menu for you, Diablo 3 is a good choice. Its availability on the consoles makes the game open to many more players.

Puzzle Bobble Mini – Neo Geo Pocket Color
Surely anyone who has browsed the games section of any mobile app store has seen at least a dozen of those “puzzle bubble” games. This puzzle game genre has become increasingly popular over the last decade or so with the growing mobile and handheld gaming market. However, it had some pretty humble roots; the Puzzle Bobble (and of course Bubble Bobble) series. Or as it is referred to in the United States, Bust-a-Move.

While good video game adaptations do exist, they are few and far between. As a fan of the hit 80’s cartoon Inspector Gadget, ZB would have been remiss had he not at least tried the Super Nintendo game. So that is exactly what he did. Zool 2 – Atari Jaguar
This is one of the best 2-D ninja goose-and-lamp murdering platformers I’ve ever encountered. But back in 1994, “64-bits” were supposed to look like a bunch of yucky polygons. A safe distance from the ’90s, does ‘Zool 2’ hold up? This reviewer thinks it’s a damn fine pepperoni pizza.
