Nintendo To Give Us All The Switch Details In January
Last week’s reveal of the Nintendo Switch could be compared to an appetizer. Sure, it tasted good, but there sure wasn’t enough there to make an entire meal out of it.
Luckily, Nintendo is putting the finishing touches on their informational main course of Nintendo Switch information.
The company confirmed that they will be hosting a Switch presentation on January 12th, which will be livestreamed around the world from Tokyo Japan.
The Nintendo Switch presentation will finally feed us more details on the hybrid console, as well as showcase a number of games that are in development for the machine. Most intriguing however, is that Nintendo will also be revealing the release date and price for the new machine.
Nintendo also said that they will be hosting “sampling events” for various members of the media, throughout various cities in the U.S. and Europe shortly after the Nintendo Switch presentation takes place.
Nintendo did not specify what time they will be hosting their livestream Switch blowout bonanza, but directed those of salivating for new info to their social media platforms for more information.
Nintendo finally revealed the Switch, formerly code-named NX, via a 3 minute teaser video that debuted last Thursday.

The Switch will be a hybrid, home/mobile console, that will allow players to transport their exact gaming experience from their home television, to any location, via the unit’s built in screen.
