Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite Gets New Trailer and Release Date.

Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite Gets New Trailer and Release Date.

Capcom has announced that their latest fighting game in the universe-mash up series will launch on September, 19th 2017 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

A brand new story trailer for Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite was released along with the announcement and can be seen below.

New characters were announced today as well with characters coming from both Universes.  The announced characters include;

  • Chris Redfield
  • Chun-Li
  • Strider Hiryu

  • Hulk
  • Hawkeye
  • Ultron
  • Thor
  • Rocket Raccoon

Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite will feature a brand new storyline where the two Universes clash together to battle a new threat, Ultron Sigma.  Arcade Mode, Multiplayer modes, and more will be making a return in this latest installment.

The game is also available to preorder now and for those who do they’ll receive the bonus skins “Evil Ryu” and “Warrior Thor”.  The Standard edition will cost you $59.99 while players looking for something extra can pre-order the Deluxe Edition for $89.99 which includes access to the 2017 Character Pass.

For those serious Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite fans you can purchase the $199.99 Collector’s Edition which includes four character statues (Iron Man, Mega Man X, Chun Li, Captain Marvel), six LED-powered Infinity Stones, and a special steelbook case. Pre-orders for the Collector’s Edition aren’t live yet, so you have some time to scratch and claw for every penny you can find.

So, what are your thoughts on Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite?  Can’t wait to take power of Chris Redfield and get in a shooting duel with Rocket Raccoon?  Will you spend the extra dough for the Deluxe Edition, or really splurge on the Collector’s Edition? Let us know down below!
