Fans of the space-exploration epic, Mass Effect can rejoice today, as the next installment in the series, Mass Effect: Andromeda has received an official release date.
“On behalf of our teams across Montreal, Edmonton and Austin, I’m excited to announce that Mass Effect: Andromeda will be launching in North America on Tuesday, March 21, 2017” said BioWare’s General Manager, Aaron Flynn, via the official Mass Effect: Andromeda website.
Mass Effect: Andromeda will take place many years after the events of the original trilogy and will feature all-new game play systems, characters, and planets.
The first glimpse of Mass Effect: Andromeda in action was shown back in November during Sony’s PlayStation Meeting in New York City, where the company announced their beefier upgrade to the PlayStation 4 console: PlayStation Pro.
