After reviewing every single game I remembered from my old shareware disc, I take a look at the entire Apogee Shareware Disc itself and tell how I feel it worked both as a series of fun games and as a marketing tool! With first acts from many graphically-appealing and fun to play run-and-gun, first-person shooter, and flight sim titles, the disc may be long gone, but its memory definitely lives on!
