New Trailer Shows The Brutality Of Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2

New Trailer Shows The Brutality Of Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2

“Who’s Next?”

It’s the eternal question posed throughout the course of each new entry in the Mortal Kombat series.

NeatherRealm Studios answered that question this past December, when they revealed the lineup for the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2.

Today, we have our first glimpse at how these new “kombatants” will look and play in the course of their never-ending battle between good and evil.

Check out the new Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2 trailer below, and witness:

  • The pageantry of Leatherface’s chainsaw-wielding skills.
  • A hint of Baraka, in Xenomorph’s blade-like claws.
  • The cold, calculating tenacity of Triborg’s deadly weapon systems.
  • The grace of Bo’ Rai Cho’s mastery of martial arts and flatulence.

The Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2 trailer also lifts the veil of secrecy on a few other extras that will be included for those willing to take up the new fight.

Also included with the new DLC will be Goro, for those who did not receive him initially as a pre-order bonus when Mortal Kombat X first launched back in April of 2015, as well as a number of costume packs that have also been previously released; such as the Cold War pack and the Brazil pack.

The Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2 does not have a firm release date yet, beyond “2016”.

Speaking of 2016, the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2 is only one brutal piece of an extremely exciting year for fighting game fans! Be sure to check out our article breaking down the plethora of pugilism we can expect in 2016 right here.
