I may have the cash to pick up one new console after the New Year. Knack doesn’t 100% sell me on the PS4 (even though I’m already leaning in that direction due to price point), I’d definitely feel better about owning a system with games that don’t require 27 consecutive hours of play or online multiplayer to fully enjoy. Games that I can stop at start at my leisure are more my speed (and my son’s, who dictates to some degree what video games I play).
]]>Thanks guys!! Yeah, it’s really a shame that that they limit you so much in the game. I get the lack of free exploration, it’s just isn’t that style of game. I took some time to watch some youtube video of the original Crash Bandicoot game. That one was pretty linear as well, but at least they gave you a bunch of secret rooms that actually meant something. So it really would have helped if they had something similar.
