EA Preps For Battle With Titanfall 2 Teaser

EA Preps For Battle With Titanfall 2 Teaser

The existence of a follow up to the 2014 Xbox One exclusive, Titanfall has been a poorly guarded secret for quite some time now. Numerous rumors have been floating around dark corners of the internet, most implicating that any potential Titanfall sequel would right the wrongs of the initial entry and become the revolutionary giant-robot shooting experience that may expected out of the original. More importantly, rumors have been persistent that Titanfall 2 would be multi-platform.

EA even confirmed the existence of Titanfall 2 in a shareholders report last year.

Today, EA is gave us a tasty little glimpse, a brief tease, to confirm the exitance Titanfall 2, along with the promise of a full-blown explosion of info arriving just prior to the start of E3 2016.

The original Titanfall was a much-heralded first-person shooter in which players could commandeer giant robot battle suits known as Titans for use in the multi-player combat. The game was hyped as a potential revolution in the genre, however exclusivity helped limit the audience that could be reached.

Today’s teaser trailer confirmed that Titatanfall 2 will be able to be enjoyed by a wider variety of players. The game is set to be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Now we just have to wait for EA’s pre-E3 event on June 12th to get the full story on what to expect.

Do you have a huge hole in your heart that can only be filled with the love that a giant robot can offer? A giant robot like the kind found in Titanfall 2? Use the comments section below to find your giant robot love.
