Sega Swirl is a good way to stretch the brain muscles, but not great for hours of binge gaming.

Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective – TurboGrafx CD

Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective does a good job of piecing together mysteries worthy of its namesake, but the process of solving them can be mind numbing and frustrating. Solving each case is enjoyable, but the same result can be achieved by process of elimination. A fun game if you have nothing better.

Torchlight II – PC

If you like Torchlight or RPGs in general, you’ll love this game. EVerything from the battles system to the characters to the co-op is a seamlessly entertaining masterpiece.

Star Trek Online – PC

A Star Trek MMO seems like an ideal game. The mechanics, graphics, and space combat provide hours of entertainment for Star Trek fans and non-fans alike. It’s too bad that planetside combat couldn’t have gotten more attention.

Baldies – Atari Jaguar CD

If there’s one game to play for the Jaguar CD, it’s Baldies, but only by comparison. Gameplay is fun, but can be complicated to master. Music and graphics are decent, but not great enough to seek out this game if you can’t get it easily.

Primal Rage – Atari Jaguar CD

Primal Rage is a fun concept with a decent execution. Graphics on the Jaguar CD can be nice, but the lower frame rate and reduced sprites bring down the fun level. I recommend another port of this one.
