Ghosts of Tsushima is Alive and Kicking! – E3 2018

Ghosts of Tsushima is Alive and Kicking! – E3 2018

Ever since it’s initial reveal at Paris Games Week in 2017, fans have been drowning in a puddle of their own lust-induced drool for more information regarding the latest title from Sucker Punch, Ghosts of Tsushima.

Monday evening, a life preserver was finally provided, after we were graced with an extensive look at the game during Sony’s E3 2018 press event Monday evening.

One of four titles to receive what Sony described prior to E3 as a “deep dive”, Ghosts of Tsushima appears to be a loving ode to classic samurai cinematic epics. The environments are breathtaking in their lush complexity and the swordplay moves with the fluidity and grace for which we have prayed since the title’s announcement.

The only disappointing aspect of Ghosts of Tsushima’s gameplay debut was the lack of release window, so it’s anybody’s guess as to when we will actually get our hands on the game.

In the meantime, we will continue our struggle to not succumb to dehydration, as our heads slowly sink beneath the puddles of drool left behind after seeing tonight’s impressive footage.

What were your thoughts on Ghosts of Tsushima? Do you need a life jacket? Or does a lack of hype leave you high and dry?

Let us know in the comments section below.
