Minimalistic games have always had a solid place in the gaming community. They’re something that everyone can get behind – a common cause that can often be beautiful, like Limbo, or addicting, like Speed Runners. The 2012 classic, Thomas was Alone, is both of these things, and the Nerd Rating reflects that. From cool puzzles to brilliant narration and even to a moving soundtrack, this game has it all and more.

Come see this game in action and get caught up on the rest of the review in this Nerd Bacon video. It truly is a great game, and if you’ve never played it, I highly recommend picking it up. But if you still don’t take my word for it, see for yourself in this video review! If you like it, like it and tweet it, and go ahead and favorite it too – it goes a long way – but if you want more, click that subscribe button!
