By now I’m sure most of you have noticed the slideshow on the homepage showcasing a variety of different posts.  If you don’t see any of your articles up there just yet, don’t fear.  The articles are switched out every Friday usually not long after midnight.  For the most part we attempt to display at least one article from every contributor who’s had a published piece during the week.  As our staff grows and input increases, it may not always be prudent to place a post from every single contributing writer that week.  Don’t worry, we want everyone to spend some time in the limelight and we will be as fair and balanced as possible.

In some cases we won’t always remove all of last week’s articles especially when we have relevant pieces concerning the current nature of gaming.  Reviews of new and anticipated games and articles discussing brand new hardware will likely spend anywhere up to a month in the slideshow.  Especially informative articles are also likely to spend extended time in the slideshow.  From time to time we also throw older reviews and articles into the mix that hold relevance to current pieces.  Please understand our decision regarding this process and please don’t take it personal if a post of yours doesn’t make it up there.  It doesn’t mean we don’t like it or that it isn’t well written.

Our first priority is showcasing new releases and our second is making sure all writers get to see their work displayed.  Again, we always attempt to be as fair as we can.
