Dishonored 2 Revealed at Bethesda’s E3 2015 Press Conference

Dishonored 2 Revealed at Bethesda’s E3 2015 Press Conference

Bethesda started E3 out with a bang this year. They boasted many games including Elder Scrolls, Doom and, of course, Fallout 4.

In a somewhat unexpected twist, Bethesda announced that they would be releasing a sequel to the highly praised game of 2012, Dishonored. I say somewhat unexpected because the day before the conference some presentation rehearsal audio was leaked on Bethesda’s Twitch channel.

Whether you caught the leak earlier or not, Dishonored 2 is indeed coming. In fact, it’s coming in the foreseeable future. By spring of 2016 Dishonored 2 will be release on (most likely) PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, but this has not yet been confirmed. I would venture to guess that it’s going to miss PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but that’s my opinion.

In Dishonored 2 you will have the choice to play as Emily Kaldwin or the original game’s protagonist, Corvo. Unfortunately, once you choice who you want to play as you will not be able to switch back and forth. So choose wisely . . .

The trailer showed off at Bethesda’s E3 press conference centered around Emily Kaldwin, a major character in the last game. The land is thrown into chaos and Emily is walking around and just being an general bad ass in trying to reclaim her rightful throne. I’m sure she’ll turn out to be a part of the growing list of strong female video game protagonists.

Complete badassery is below:
