Batman: Arkham Knight Gets a Release Date

Batman: Arkham Knight Gets a Release Date

Warner Bros. Interactive has announced that Batman: Arkham Knight will be available on June 2nd, 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC according to a press release by the company.

Warner also announced that they will be releasing two special editions of Batman: Arkham Knight; a “Limited Edition” and a super special “Batmobile Edition.

Batman: Arkham Knight Limited Edition will include:

  • Custom Art Book – 80 Page, Full Color Art Book Showcasing the concept art of Batman Arkham Knight
  • Limited Edition SteelBook – Unique SteelBook case and game disc
  • Comic Book – Limited Edition DC Comics Batman: Arkham Knight #0 Comic Book
  • Exclusive Character Skin Pack – Three Unique Skins from DC Comics – The New 52
  • Batman Memorial Statue – Imposing statue commemorating Gotham’s Protector, the Dark Knight

The Batmobile Edition of the game will include all of the above items plus a fully transformable Batmobile statue, developed by the folks at TriForce.

Batman: Arkham Knight is once again being developed by Rocksteady Studios, who previously handled development for 2009’s Batman: Arkham Asylum and 2011’s Batman: Arkham City.

No U.S. pricing has been announced for the two special editions, however the Limited Edition is expected to cost 89.99 Pounds and the Batmobile Edition will weigh in at 169.99 pounds.
